It's a Girl

Jacklynne Cherie Heiner

Born September 9, 2009

She weighed 6lbs. 11oz.

Trevor and KyLee very proud of their new sister!

KyLee, Mom, Kelsey and Trevor holding Jacklynne at the hospital!
We are very excited that she joined our family

Trevor is ready to take care of his new sister.
Jacklynne's delivery went very smooth and fast. Once I got to the hospital, I got my epidural, my water broke and two pushes later Jacklynne comes out. The nurses were amazed that I did not yell or scream, that I reminded flat throughout the deliver. Other nurses would come in my room and ask if they could change and be my nurse. Their patients were very loud. Spencer had to lift me to the recovery bed since the epidural kicked in after Jacklynne came out. I had no feeling in my legs. Recovery will be easy though due to no tears or stitches.
It was a very busy day at the hospital.
We are very excited to spend time with Jacklynne.

Day at the lake!!

Our friends' daughter waterskiing for the first time!
Kelsey said that she didn't feel good and had headache before we left. We should have listened because she threw up on me and laid on the boat feeling miserable. It got the guys to stop skiing so the she could go home. Most of the kids were burnt by this time.
KyLee swimming with her friend being her crazy self.
This is how our friends' get their kids over their fear of going into the water. Spencer is not the only one!

Trevor proudly driving what he thinks is his boat!

Today we spent the day at the lake with some friends before I deliver in two days. It was very relaxing! Much better than laying around the house being miserable. The cool breeze felt great! I really made me want to wakeboard. Spencer talked me out of it. The thought of trying to get my pregnant body back in the boat worked!

A Baby Girl is Coming

Christy Wonson and her daughter Ashley.
We all had a greattime socializing and hear stories! Kelsey had the opportunity to open all the gifts. It is fun to see all the cute girl stuff!
Kelsey had a great time! She is so excited for a baby girl to spoil!

Aundrea, Christy and Star Toups gave me a wonderful baby shower to celebrate the coming of a baby girl. It was a lot of fun to see and hang out with everyone. It gets me more a excited for another girl. Girl stuff is so cute!

Rock Climbing

Ashley came to help belay. She got to climb the wall a couple of times. She was very afraid of heights.

Kelsey finally made it to the top. It took her a couple of hours to convince herself to do it.

The group trying to free climb. It was entertaining watching them try!

The girls had a blast!

KyLee was an animal. She climbed every wall. She started racing one of the girls up the wall. No one could keep up with her.

The girls listening to instruction!

This year the girls in the girl scout troop decided to go rock climbing!

Girl Scout Camping Trip

Girls playing Castle card game.
Kelsey wondering why we are looking at her.

The troop enjoy some indoor activity to escape the Texas humidity!

The girls helping to put up the tent that they didn't sleep in because it was too hot outside!

What is camping without some pancakes!

The girls continue to work on their aerospace patch by making model airplanes. Here is a display of the final product.
The girls worked very hard on them. Even Trevor had to make one. Or I made it for him then he broke.

The girls tried to make ice cream!

They tossed their bags of ice cream back and forth!

They also learned how to make strawberry jam!

Trevor was such as good helper!

Spencer was gone on a scout camping trip. So we decide to have our own campout in the backyard. It was a busy trip. The girls had a blast. They were very proud of their jam and airplanes. It ended up being more of a sleepover than a camping trip. It was very humid outside.
